Organized by Family Talks with the participation of IFFD and supported by FECAP, the event promoted an innovative debate with experts and leaders from civil society on strategies and solutions to face the challenges of social development in our time based on support for families.

It highlighted the preparation for the international year of families in 2024 and the Inclusive Cities for Sustainable Families international network, based in the Venice Declaration promoted by IFFD. 

Family Talks also launched its agenda of proposals by families for the candidates of the 2022 elections – ‘Cuidar de quem cuida’ (Caring the carers).

At the end, representatives from several municipalities and civil society organizations who attended the meeting discussed with the speakers recommendations to put into practice those initiatives.
