The Family Enrichment National Conference, organized by Family Enrichment USA in collaboration with the International Federation for Family Development (IFFD), successfully convened on March 28-29, 2025, at the Hilton Palacio del Rio in San Antonio, Texas. This event brought together IFFD leaders, moderators, and families from across the United States to foster connections, provide training, and engage new participants in the mission of family enrichment. There were 220 participants from all over the US and Canada.

Mark and Susan Giltner: President couple of Family Enrichment USA based in San Antonio, Texas highlighted the importance of the role of parents in bringing the Beauty of Family Life to all its members.
Alexandre Havard: Author of “Virtuous Leadership,” “From Temperament to Character,” and “Created for Greatness,” Havard delivered an insightful talk on “Magnanimity & Humility,” emphasizing the virtues essential for effective leadership.
Rosa Pich: Influencer and author of “Rosa, What’s Your Secret?” Pich shared her experiences and perspectives on “The Joy of Family Life,” inspiring attendees with her dedication to family values.
Leticia Rodríguez: As Director of IFFD Family Enrichment, Rodríguez addressed “Marriage, the Masterpiece of our lives” highlighting the importance of continuous growth and support within marital relationships.
Alex Vázquez: Serving as Director of International Relations at IFFD, Vázquez spoke on “Family Advocacy at the UN,” discussing the global efforts and significance of representing family interests on international platforms.
The conference agenda was meticulously designed to offer a blend of training, educational and networking opportunities. It feature the presence of students and young families shaping the future of the organization. The conference also offered innovative strategies to support parents online with tools like Pause by IFFD.
The Hilton Palacio del Rio, located on the picturesque San Antonio River Walk, served as the conference venue.
