With the rise of smart technology and throw in a pandemic, we have increasingly seen work encroach on home territory and this has drastically changed the way we work, rest and play. Whilst the challenges and impact of parents juggling work and home-schooling has been widely reported, thankfully, many employers have stepped up to help.
