Examining the liberal case for pronatalism

This paper considers the liberal case for explicitly ‘pronatalist’ policies to increase the birth rate in the UK. Should the UK join 28% of countries that have adopted explicitly pronatalist measures, seeking to avert the costs of potential population decline and ageing?
