Twenty-five years ago, less than 6% of child abuse cases in Northern Utah ended up being prosecuted in court. Today, that number has increased to more than 20%. That leaves room for a lot more progress, but those involved in finding justice for abused kids say they have a lot to be encouraged about advances in the field over the last two-plus decades.
