The Department of Social Defence in India has undertaken a survey to identify vulnerable children victims of substance abuse. “We are working in teams, with civil societies and organisations. The work is under way and we will be releasing the report by the end of this year. We are doing all that we can to help these children,” said a senior official from the department.
