With Child Abuse Prevention Month currently underway, Advocates for Children is voicing the need to address this “pressing issue” that annually impacts more than 1,000 children in Bartow. It’s not an easy topic to talk about, but it needs to be talked about so that the children can get the help that they need and hopefully have child abuse in their homes prevented.
