Roosterbank is a very basic (and free) app that allows parents to hand over “virtual” money to a children’s account… or to dock money off the account! In effect, it is no more than an electronic record of IOUs sent from parents to children. No actual money is involved and the parents still need to remember to hand over cash to their children.
